3. Newsletter (Mailchimp)

The distribution of the newsletter is carried out by the mailing service provider “MailChimp”, a newsletter mailing platform operated by the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. ( The mailing service provider is used on the basis of our legitimate interest in accordance with article 6 para. 1.f GDPR and a contract to process orders in accordance with article 6 para. 3 page 1 GDPR.
The mailing service provider may use the recipient’s data in pseudonym form, i.e. without reference to a user, in order to optimise or improve use of its own services, e.g. for the purpose of the technical optimisation of distribution and presentation of the newsletter or for statistical purposes. The mailing service provider does not however use the data of the recipients of our newsletter in order to write to these recipients itself or to forward the data to third parties.

4. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a website analysis service provided by Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). 10. Length of time the data is stored

As a matter of principle, we store your data for a period of three months. Data is only stored for a longer period of time should this be required in order to investigate identified attacks on our website. Should you register on our website, we will however store your data for as long as your account exists and thereafter only for as long as such storage is stipulated by law.
