Your duties:

Freight forwarding and logistics services clerks organise goods transport by truck, train, ship and plane; they know virtually every corner of the globe.
Freight forwarding and logistics clerks support customers every step of the way by developing tailored logistics concepts. From everyday objects to complete industrial plants, they plan and organise the shipment chain involving various transportation systems, ensuring that everything arrives at the right place at the right time, as cost-effectively as possible.

They network with contacts at home and abroad and can communicate in English.
The freight forwarder’s duties include preparing shipping paperwork and customs documents.
They take out insurance and ensure compliance with regulations.

Apart from organising freight transports, they offer customised solutions for procurement, production and distribution.
Freight forwarding and logistics clerks are flexible and creative, meeting the constantly changing demands of the transport and the logistics sector on a daily basis, while minimising its impact on the environment.

What we expect:

You are educated to German Realschule or Abitur level, or have a similar school-leaving qualification, and are fluent in English.

A team player, you are outgoing and communicative, with excellent verbal skills. You like meeting people and are fascinated by other cultures.
